How We Make the Future Happen

Accelerator creates a common language for how we run the business, enabling us to:

• Standardize how we operate functionally while scaling improvements across our four business models — products, aftermarket services, projects and software.
• Centralize our best practices, tools, digital platforms and learning programs into one integrated system accessible to all employees to be a part of the whole story from innovation to delivery.
• Align our teams around proven processes and shared standards with full integration across the entire company.
• Drive operational excellence and improve the customer experience while driving growth, margin expansion and cash generation.
• Deliver best-in-class performance while enhancing the way we manage, govern and operate our business day-to-day with a focus on improving the customer experience.

Lean Six Sigma is the foundation of our Accelerator Operating System. It drives operational excellence at Honeywell and enables us to provide maximum value to our customers by accelerating improvements in all of our processes, products and services. Through Accelerator, all Honeywell Futureshapers are able to engage with Lean Six Sigma mentors and participate in regular training opportunities that support our commitments to continuous improvement, streamlined processes and effective problem solving.
