Gas pressure regulators designed for reliability

Honeywell gas regulators support residential, commercial and industrial gas distribution applications.

• Residential service regulators are designed to handle low-pressure natural gas delivery to homes and light commercial buildings.
• Commercial regulators are designed to manage pressure for multi-unit buildings, small industrial facilities and institutional applications.
• Industrial regulators are designed to control medium-pressure gas for manufacturing operations, process heating and large-scale facilities.
• Fuel gas regulators serve applications requiring specific pressure control for combustion equipment.

Regulators are available with different pressure ratings, flow capacities and connection sizes to match system requirements.

Safety devices help protect gas installations from pressure excursions that could compromise system integrity or end-use equipment.

• Overpressure protection devices are designed to detect when outlet pressure exceeds safe limits and activate by venting gas or shutting off flow.
• Slam-shut devices are designed to protect against under-pressure conditions that might indicate supply disruptions or system leaks.
• Safety shut-off valves are designed to provide emergency isolation capability.
• Monitors and pilots work with main regulators to support automated control with backup protection.
• Pressure relief valves offer additional overpressure protection.

These devices can be integrated into regulator stations or installed as standalone protection.

Honeywell offers regulator families with different pressure ratings, flow capacities and configurable features.

Inlet pressure requirements range from low-pressure distribution systems to medium-pressure industrial supplies. Outlet pressure can be field-adjusted or factory-set depending on application needs. Flow capacity varies by regulator size and model, with options from small service regulators to large industrial units.

Pilot-operated designs are designed to provide precise control for demanding applications. Spring-loaded designs offer simplicity for standard installations. Materials and connection options accommodate different gas compositions, environmental conditions and piping systems. This flexibility lets you select solutions matching your specific operating conditions.
