Advanced automation in semiconductor manufacturing

Sas detection is critical throughout semiconductor manufacturing plants, from the fab and sub-fab to exhaust systems and control centers. The semiconductor industry uses toxic and flammable gases in many fabrication steps, including chemical vapor deposition, doping and oxidation. Near Rreal-time gas detection and monitoring solutions help safeguard personnel, maintain manufacturing process integrity and detect leaks or abnormal concentrations so you can take immediate action to prevent accidents while maintaining a safer working environment.
