Customer experience
Responsible for supporting customers across Honeywell businesses, with a focus on technical support, service excellence and issue resolution. Led locally by senior CX and technical-support leaders.
CX teams work closely with engineering, sales and operations to ensure customers receive consistent, high-quality support and that customer feedback informs continuous improvement.

Integrated supply chain (ISC)
ISC teams in Bucharest support Honeywell’s businesses through operational coordination, supply-chain processes and cross-functional collaboration.
While manufacturing is concentrated in other Romanian locations, Bucharest hosts supply-chain aligned roles and operational support roles in supply planning, SIOP (sales, inventory, and operations planning) and demand, materials management and logistics.
