Honeywell inaugurated its first European Growth Symposium in Munich, bringing together key stakeholders from across Europe to chart the future of industry.  More than 100 customers, partners and senior executives converged to discuss transformative technologies poised to reshape the landscape of automation, aviation and energy in the region.

Recently held, the symposium featured a series of spotlight sessions about innovative approaches driving Honeywell's future roadmap. Participants explored how AI and connected technologies are:

Germany’s Role in Industrial Autonomy

Germany is a key part of Europe’s journey to autonomy. With its robust industrial base and rapid advancements in the technology trifecta of AI, Cloud computing and 5G connectivity, the country is well-positioned to lead the charge toward increased productivity and advancement through connected technologies.

New Building Automation Hub in Ratingen

As part of Honeywell’s commitment to advancing building automation in Germany, the company has also officially opened a state-of-the-art facility in Ratingen. This new Connected Buildings Excellence Center will serve as a significant hub for Honeywell’s Building Automation business, fostering advancement and development in operational efficiency, security, life safety and energy management.

The facility is equipped with the latest in building technology, designed to:

• Enhance operational efficiencies across the board
• Advance training facilities to strengthen the skills of engineers and installers working with Honeywell’s building automation systems
