Rotary Valves
The rotary valve is a crucial component in an aromatics complex. Its robust design and rotating functionality allow the rotary valve to reliably meet product and capacity needs. As with all rotating equipment, several components of the rotary valve require regular maintenance to ensure reliability and functionality. UOP can provide crucial maintenance spare parts to help customer proactively maintain the rotary valve during regular maintenance, emergency situations or planned site turnaround.

FCC Feed Distributors
Honeywell UOP Optimix TM Feed Distributors inject feed into the riser of a Fluidized Catalytic Cracker (FCC) unit. Raw feed and steam are mixed internal to the distributor and the atomized feed/steam mix is distributed in a flat fan pattern across the catalyst flow. Optimix technology provides lower investment costs, reduced steam consumption, long mechanical life and high on-stream reliability. UOP supplies multiple tip designs to address unit specific mechanical and process requirements and DUR O LOK® couplings to allow for easy field replacement or tip modification.
